Subsist Baddies



Subsist Baddies, survive the baddies for 10 waves.

I had the idea for this game while creating another game, and made the general frame of the game in about a day.
I've been working on polish and other browser compatibility stuffs for about a week, while also still working on my libraries' documentation, and this game will also have an android version that I'm testing now.
At this point I also  really want to implement shell casings, such that the levels fill up with shells as you fire,
I think that will be a last good bit of polish. This game should be ready in about 2 weeks or less.


I've added shells, it did not take as long as I thought, about 1 hour or so of work.

The levels fill up with shells as you play, the next thing to add is sound.


I've finished some work on how the shells fall and other game play stuffs,
I hope to release this game soon.



I also have a regular job which is why these things get delayed sometimes, but once everything is in place,
I'll be able to make games very quickly and everyone else will too.

Almost a year later, but I've really been working on the tabageos library that is behind this game, so along the way I've released other games that all had elements that Subsist Baddies will use that needed real world testing. Subsist Baddies will be like the first major game, but it's not extremely involved.
Robot Street Survival used the worker system, Tiny Battle of Ships used the shake system and pixel text. Alongside this game will be the release of the documentation, together with the code for this game and the various examples, everyone can really start to quickly make games using the library.
