where you walk over spots in the correct order to upgrade.

What are the blue obstacle tiles? I bounce off them instead of stopping when I hit them.
If your talking about the light blue tiles in the middle on the first level,
they are the sequence tiles to walk over in order. They turn red when you walk over them in the correct sequence, if you walk over some of them, then go to another level and come back, then you would not be able to walk over them again. Also once you complete a sequence and turn them all red, they also become solid.
